Michelle is the founder of Michelle Keenan, where she helps her clients in multiple ways - her services included a 1:1 wellbeing coaching, online yoga and Pilates classes and she works with small to medium sized businesses to create and implement meaningful wellbeing strategies, so both people and businesses can thrive.
