Kate has had 15 years’ experience in the retail and hospitality industries, working for company’s such as Levi, Gucci, IWC Shaffhausen and CPR Vision Management and has experienced what bad busy was like and recognised how it was impacting her ability to focus on those things she enjoyed to do. Such as developing her coaching skills and spending time with family and enjoying the beach with a good book.

Kate is on a mission to create good busyness in the workplace. Because everyone deserves time for what truly matters to them. Using Kate’s techniques, leaders are able to reclaim 30% of their time.
