Her unique structure helps people uncover how to achieve their goals, live more fully, and align their work with their passion.

Daria created the highly successful Strengths Deck Cards and Matrix and has used them to help countless professionals realign their work lives for the better. In February 2023, she published her book ‘Unleash Your Awesome’, which brings together practical advice and activities to help people go from bored and stressed to empowered and motivated.

Daria believes that working hard doesn’t have to feel like hard work – and that everyone has the capacity to leverage their strengths and neutralise their weaknesses to move forward.
