This module sets the scene and allows you to understand what the role and expectations of managers are. It helps you understand your specific context, by getting you to deep dive into the environment you work in. Share some helpful Do's and Dont's while also shining a light on wellbeing.
Effectively setting your role up is the focus of this module. This is done by learning and implementing time management techniques. Working with your team to set your team priorities, manage projects and delegating tasks in a meaningful way. Not forgetting how to manage upwards and all the complexities that entails.
This section focuses on setting your team up by firstly, getting to know them and then working with them to create a positive team culture. This includes installing a continuous feedback culture. When conflict happens, we help you develop the skills to manage conflict effectively.
The final module works with you to focus on the future of your team. We give you the tools to create a team strategy, a recognition strategy, and an understanding of financial metrics key to your team. The last key topic is all about you knowing and understanding your customer.
